Private service inquiry

Describe one existing, non-critical workflow. We will use this private thread to clarify scope before a quote. This is not a booking, payment, approved change, fixed response SLA or recovery guarantee.

No email is required. Your browser creates a 256-bit random private link. Anyone with it can read, add messages and delete this thread. Keep it secret on a trusted device. The operator cannot recover a lost link. Browser history, bookmarks or clipboard sync may retain it.

There are no email notifications. Return with your link and click Check for replies; there is no automatic polling.

Retention and privacy

Access expires 30 days after the latest submitted message or operator reply. Viewing, polling or changing triage status does not extend it. Expired content is unavailable immediately; scheduled or request-time cleanup removes it. Deletion removes live content and keeps only a non-content capability-hash marker for up to 30 more days to refuse late retries.

Only a hash of the capability is stored, not your private link. Short-lived keyed abuse counters expire within 24 hours and do not store raw IP addresses. These private pages have no third-party analytics, ads or affiliate events; requests are excluded from the site's Apache access log. Network providers still process connection metadata.

Deletion and expiry apply to the live queue. Earlier restricted, encrypted backups may retain records until those copies are separately deleted; there is no promise of immediate erasure from every backup. Operators must reapply deletion/expiry before restoring a queue. Do not use this inquiry for sensitive data.
